Peterson Family: The house is in remarkably good shape. I beleive it to be built in the early 40's The deck under the t-Lok Shingles is a lap system. It is without major defects. While the shingles are no longer insurable, they have done their job well over the years. We will clean them up, remove defects, and prepare the roof to receive TuffRip metal roof panels.
By the look of your recent paint project I am assuming that you would like to preserve the step fascia and gutter system. For your home we will custom manufacture eves, rakes, drip edge and starters using 26 guage metal coil stock.
We will seal the perimiter using custom parts.
and we can remove, remove and replace, or leave the pipe jaks and chimney's as they are.
Once prepped, we install the TuffRib roof panels.
Adding a layer of dead air space and insulation is an option that leads to better effifientcy, noise control, and moisture control.
